If you're going to say, "I'm fairly certain that Alice doesn't have two voices," don't worry, there's an explimation for that. Moreover, I also have reason to belive that the deeper voice not only is the 'she,' that the high-pitched voice is talking about, but considering that the only two female characters we know of are Susie, and Allison, as we learn after the Alice jumpscare, that the deep-voice belongs to Allison.
